Ashlee Pedrick

Ashlee Pedrick, LAC, brings over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings as both a Spanish teacher and a school counselor. Her deep understanding of the academic and emotional challenges students face uniquely positions her to support clients through various stages of life, from preteens to adulthood.

Ashlee earned her Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Counseling Education at Kean University. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey and is currently working toward her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

Ashlee uses an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is passionate about helping individuals develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges, improve emotional well-being, and foster personal growth.

In addition to mental health counseling, Ashlee offers specialized career counseling. Drawing on her extensive background as a school counselor, she helps students and young adults explore their strengths, set meaningful goals, and make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

Ashlee believes that every person has the capacity to live a happy, fulfilling life. She strives to create a supportive and empowering space where clients can build self-awareness, increase motivation, and take meaningful steps toward positive change.
