Jennifer McManus

Jennifer McManus is a counseling intern with over 21 years of experience working with adolescents as an educator, mentor, and advocate. As a mother herself, she understands both the beauty and the challenges that come with life, relationships, and personal growth. Jen specializes in working with adolescents and couples, helping clients navigate communication, emotional struggles, life transitions, and self-discovery in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Jen believes that every individual has the strength and ability to create positive change within themselves. She uses a client-centered approach while incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward their goals with confidence and hope.
